Another Confrontation MidNor

Post by LadyEyes »

This was for the same competition as the other MidNor, and he isn't based either. He was a lot of fun, too. :D (unsure of pic quality, I'm on a laptop)

Comments are welcome, but he's finished. Thanks.

hey, so glad to see your min. You are such a nice person and it is my honour to see your mini.

um, I think it is unfair to comment the mini since the pic quality is too dark, I think. So, no comments, hahaha

as I said about mid nor tower - here's similiar: nice blending and weathering, chess pattern is eye-catching but nmm could have more striking highlightnings on the very edges; well done :)

Wow, very nice Tanya!:D

Everything looks very well painted. Only thing I'm not fond of is the blue on the horses head... Can't put my finger on it...It's... just, too blue...

Glad somebody is telling her that! Of course, if she starts doing commission work, we'll never hear the end of how she doesn't paint anything for herself anymore!

Oh, and did she say that she won that painting contest? :D

Good stuff, Tanya.

Ver fun mini love the NMM and rust exercise, congrats on wining the comp lady.

oh wait i saw that little freehand swirl detail on the back and its nice although you can do better :)
wen painting embossed/carved illusion you have to watch out for were the light comes... some of the edges you highlight should not have light... heres what i mean, took the time to do a little pic for the hivelady :D
