would you (would anyone?!) want to buy miniatures painted by me? I know this might not be a very good place to ask, but where else...? lol...
Anyway I have been "told" to sell some of my painted shit to afford trips, e.g. to or then again especially to the US. Well hm...the problem is...I cannot think of parting with my GD minis, e.g. just doesnt feel right to sell something I spent 50 hours on and maybe only for 150$
so I dont know!

any thoughts?
Also what miniatures go best atm...? Warmachine? or the good old Warhammer? would a warband get more bucks? or just pimp a character model...?

??... This is a strange question, because... well, I thought that you are currently selling some stuff on E-Bay...??... I was watching these Minis and they were good, so...
Do you want to have some commission works...?... Normally people ask you on E-Bay wether you can paint them commissions...
How much do you take for a Painted Chaos Lord Undivided...?... I have some commissions for customers left, maybe I can share this one with you...

...

depends on the price, but as I'm just a poor student I don't think Ii can buy stuff from top painters for a long time to come
But I think that people defenitly know your name and would like to buy mini's painted by you. Don't sell the GD mini's btw, you'll regret it
And what mini's to sell... euhm conversions, limited gw stuff, Special characters,... Warmachine goes pretty good too looking at fluffy's e-bay adventures.

yeah but she's fluffy MC VAY...I mean 400+ Euro for minis is nice and I think her paintjobs are over the top, but don't you think that there's a little extra money for the name...?
@Matt: Currently as in "right now" ? no...

I only sold 2 minis on ebay (must be 1 1/2 years ago...or more!) and only did a very limited number of comissions.
I have no clue about how much a Chaos Lord Undivided will cost, since i dont know what the customer wants ^^
But I am not actually interested in painting for others all the time, especially not like 10 minis to a p00p standard for 10 euro per mini. It's not like I have that much time ^^ What I am looking for is 2 or 3 top standard minis for a reasonable price, so I can afford the trips ( well it's not like I cant go to Germany and Italy without being broke, but I'd really love to meet people from further away, like the US. could be a little tough there

well...not even there...but it would already hurt a little

I have been thinking about owning models painted by great painters from all over the world, but I can never pay that much money

so far I have one model painted by Jenova, and there my collection stops.
also, you can never get a fair price for the amount of time you spent on a miniature, it will always be less.

Hmmm, if I'd get you enough mini's to paint you wouldn't have time to do any GW stuff for GD Germany and Italy...

personnaly nope

but im convinced many many many would love to pay for minis painted by you, although i also feel that normal prices dont do justice to time put in making a high level mini. go for it man if it helps on expenses to attend more GD's what are you waiting for?

as for me I'd really like to have mini painted on Your standard in my collection... but I'm afraid I cannot afford it

but You shouldn't have any problems with selling minis on e-bay;
I'd personally advice You to try selling confrontation characters or any of recent gw stuff

god luck!
