I've allowed all the cookies of the site, but often i don't get the email notification properly...sometimees i have to wait 2 days to have a notification for a reply to a post; i go to the post to find there are a lot of posts i wasn't be notified.

is this happening only to me?

I don't know what it is from technical point of view. I experienced something like this (but not too much) before and when my hosting company relaxed their anti-spam policy a bit, I started receiving a bit more spam, but also the CofC notifications started arriving instantly.

the strange thing is that 95% of notifications arrive but the remaining 5% doesn't arrive even in the spam folder

mine didn't arrive to the spam folder too - and as you say: most of them arrive.
they were discarded even before reaching my spam folder
as I said - it wasn't my anti-spam policy but the server's owner's...
