What do you think ??

Painting wise I love it! The posing of the miniatures looks a bit odd to me...

The problem IMHO is the 'kicking' foot of the marine. It looks a bit odd... but other han that I like it. Maybe except for the stripes on the ork's arms, but I can see it was a deliberate decision to go for such style and I am simply not a big fan of such 'striped' painting.

missing something in the grey color, may be desaturate it with a red brown grey.....to make it more deeper
of course it's my point of view

I like but a few things grab me. If see the ork as being too clean, his clothing and weaponary seem to have come straight off the production line - they're still bright and vibrant. I find the orks healmet, gun and the SW's blot pistol as looking out of place - I'm assuming NMM - and they look too bright. I don't know if you meant this way but IMO it looks odd and out of place.
