Here is the application allowing you to chat... if you're not satisfied with the shoutbox

I added "Chat" to our main menu - near the bottom of the menu box. If you want to chat with anybody, why don't you try it? Maybe lure people using the shoutbox and chat there in a more comfortable manner?

Anyway, now you have the choice

EDIT:
The whole chat application can run in many languages, you should eaisly find one you will feel comfortable with.
There are two rooms: Polish and English, but if you want to chat in another language, you can easily create another one ad hoc just for your own language.
