Usually i don't like raw meat but in this composition it tastes wonderful.
My proposition is: TATAR WITH TOASTS AND LETTUCE

You need:
-leafs lettuce
-oil from olives
-lemon
-France's mustard
-raw and minced sirloin
-toasts
-onion
-salt and pepper
-capers

You must wash and tear the lettuce.
pour to a glass: 4 spoons of oil, 1 teaspon of mustard and a little lemon. Combine it all.
Insert lettuce to bowl and add dressing.
Cut onion in squares.
Add onion, capers, salt and pepper to sirloin. Add some oil to the meat.
Make toasts and put sirloin on it. Eat with lettuce.

That is very nice, we eat that too, although we put also an egg in it and eat it without lettuce .
