Got a link to this game at the WM forums. It looks really, really cool. Apparently a spanish company, some of the translation is a bit wonky. But the miniatures look really good.

No word on the rules system yet, but I think I might have to get some of the minis just on priniciple.

Models are quite nice - at least some of them. They are a bit overproced, however.
If I recall, there are prices on fantization.com. Starters with 6 models cost $35 or so.

Looks like a Tau bug!:P

Does anyone know if you can actually play with the starter boxes or if you need more minis than that?

From what I've gathered, they are following the Warmachine model, so the starter boxes are enough to play with (and even include quick-start rules).

So, yes. You can start playing with your $40 dollar investment.
