Just a quick update from me this time, not much progress but hopefully i'll finish this guy before the end of the week

finish his other arm for the most part and finally did the hat too. Trying to follow the original namesake of this model, Herman Toothrot is quite a forgetful old guy so he put his initials on things he kept losing. So i stamped it on his hat since it was a bit empty without something on it.

have you thought about adding a vehicle for them ( boat on wheels ) ?

possibly been looking around at wooden boats, i think airfix is too small but any recommendations would be welcome on this . I was actually thinking about land boats and turn the gang into a gorka morka crew too but unfortunately i don't know much about it, will have to have a chat with my gaming shipmates !

cool idea with the initials, but they don't look too good here... I don't know, perhaps they're not orky enough?

Any ideas how to orkify them up a bit more?

As for getting them more orcish, make them silly, throw some funny yet crazy banners full of useless stuff

hmmm i do like the first two as concepts , not sure on the last one tho, bit too uniform for me to imagine it orkish
