the wall is far too plain for me - some skratches, dirt, weathering, bulletholes, poster - whatever! will make it look mich more interesting

I can't decipher most of the grafitti. Perhaps that's because I'm not a native speaker, perhaps you could make them more legible

Dream (graffiti on other side too) with in the red spray can some one wrote "is over" under it. Their is also a half erased peace sign and anarchy symbol. I will go back over them tonight and see if I can't make them pop a bit more. I also been washing the ladder on the one side and side walks to give them a more lived in feel. Though no sign of the kid mini yet so this all may be for nothing.

Nice work going into the base. Maybe a little more dirst and a torn poster/billboard of some kind. I like the soldier so far, but needs a bit more smoothing on transitions. Hope your mini gets to you soon.

The base is looking good to me but I have to say that I feel the face of the model itself needs more attention. As it stands it looks very flat, lacking any definition. Also, the gun needs to be slightly darkened in the recesses as well.
