I had to try this mini after seeing great orc by Bohun so here is an early wip -skin needs some shades, wounds are a bit to big, metals yet to be done, boots etc. But now it looks like this :

i like it

i think adding some other colour to your shading for the skin would give it a bit more richness, but still it's looking great so far

Yeah it looks nice so far. I would push the highlights a bit further though. The stretched arm, nose, top of the head etc need more highlights. Also you could try to work in some colors eventually. Like a red nose or maybe the ears or lips.
