i haven't seen this before....nice leather and like the zenithal effect on the green

go higher in the light and in the shades

nice one, one of your best, very thin layers....good

and yes, I believe you mentioned shoutbox few times already ;)

As for the paintjob - it's still WIP. leather cloak will be highlighted a bit more (not much though), and green cloth has only 2 shades at the moment :) There surely will be more contrast on it. Thanks for advice anyway, it's a confirmation for me that I'm on the right way.

I would recomend that too, but just apply them where the parts catch zenital light. use a lighsource right over his head to get an idea. it has a great effect, even if the painting is not always flawless (bragon is a master of that)

I'm a lousy photographer, some of highlights got lost on the pic. The other issue is that I'm afraid, that after another highlight this cloak would not look like made of leather. I used reddish browns (brownish reds?), after additional highlight the cloak might start turning into red (and I wouldn't like it). Any idea?

adding tiny drop of blue to red to break the color? :think:
after watching the pic I assume You used blue for shading, am I right?
