warhammer was once dubbed in poland "herohammer" - armies in one edition were really dependant on heroes. we may be now entering the 'monsterhammer' age

It's definitely an interesting thought and I'm with you on this one in that i'd prefer to paint one huge monster than 30 small repetitive things.

Doesn't herohammer still exist to some extent?

Sorry, I checked warseer and they didn't say where it is from. So now I don't remember where I found that it an old art
