Can that only be because the difference of resin/white metal? I now know I'll make minis in resin then... :mrgreen:

it's rather that white grainy primer they use... plus poorly selected angle

Just wanted to mention that that model was sculpted by Patrick Keith which means the first image is not a resin cast. That is the original "green" sculpted by Patrick. Patrick uses ProCreate for most of his sculpts which is exactly that color of grey when mixed together. So its not the difference between resin and white metal casting.
