Well, Ariakas told me that in the original fluff and some novel/stories, Necrons are 40k tomb kings, so guess GW at last released them as they should have been since the beginning

One of the latest white dwarves had a full army book for the sisters of battle, I'm not sure they will be re-releasing any models or a new codex for them.

There will be a codex and new models for them. They had troubles sculpting them at first but the made some breakthrough with the Dark Eldar models (the wytches) which allowed them to start working again on the Sister models, but delayed them quite a lot. Which is also why they got a WD 'dex, so they can stay up to date when the 40k V6 gets out next year ;)
