I do not like the mini but it is a great paint job.
what colors/pigments are used one the base ? it looks great

Didn't use any pigments on the base Colors for the sand were the following (from dark to light):

Reaper Master Series Leather Brown #09030
Reaper Master Series Palomino Gold #09074
PrivateerPress P3 Sulfuric Yellow
Reaper Master Series Golden Blonde #09033
