Thank you for the feedback.
I will apply it on the next one.
Space mariens are not my cup of tea either. But I wanted to have at lest one in my collection and I happen to get a hold of this guy in metal. I might try to paint another one from Hitech minis in the future.
Now I have two infinity project on the workbench and this are the minis I adore. Manga style minis are my thing

o my .. so again no one but me ?
so hear we go
i like the bricks on the street - they look realy natural
wal with poster - nice touch - but way better effect you get when you actualy put same dirt on poster as on the wall behind him
blue dude - he is a bit off - to sterile on a pice of junk or to clean around him if he just get downed by Riot Girll - he look like ma manekin from the shop
Rior Girrl - face - not to much shaded - but clean
Armor - i assume this dirty / demaged look is on purpose - if so - it is half way done - at this stage is not well define between it is urban cammo / messy painting or demage + scratches
if demages + scratches - you need higher contrast on the edges of scratches and bumps to show thats this is a a scratch
so for me it is a half way done scene - blue dude - need a bit more work to fit him on the "story"
and armor is like in Wip stage
hope this helped a bit

Maru,
Thank you for the comment, greatly appreciated as always.
Regarding poster - I was initially going to make it look like a new poster sapped on a old wall.
Blue dude - I do know that we kind of sticks out but I was trying to stick to anime convention. In there the guy might fall into a pool of mud and will not get dirty. Weird but that is how it looks like. I probably shouldn't stick to this so much next time.
Armour on girl - this is, in this case, my biggest fail of the project. It was meant to be an urban camouflage. I have made the pattern by using a sponge. I will have to paint it properly next time instead of cutting corners.
Thank you
K'

good but after you made the sponge part you need to define pattern by the brush and finis it - or yuo will gt to random pattern

which in best case will look like urban digital pattern - but tbh - don't use it it looks bad and addicionaly is worthless as cammo - just don't work

If you mean the reason for making a camo the I believe they made it to mask the trooper in an image intensifier during the night but apparently it really does work rather poorly.
Here is my other work I did in parallel with riot girl.

for some reason the varnish said matt but came out satin. thus the little glare on the dude.

when it comes to this :
Arpat or Maprat design .. well the reason why this one actualy come out tho proving is completly useless is huge US government contract won by a company owed by member of Bush family ...... thats whole secret .. over all this type of patter is good to get bullet - it is flat, don't work with shadows, badly meld with anything else then Grey scale Tetris, and pops up in enchanted Vision like Xmas tree ..... thats why a lot of Us units took ther own money and buy a Multicam
ok back to the mini
whats brand of Vernish it was ?
Red color .. well if this have to be anything else then Rubber coat - it lacks a deeper shadows
for deeper shadows - base red + green + a bit of black - you will end with a muddy color - thats your red shadow
Face - ok i c details - but i don't c mid tones
blade - don't know looks strange
white armor - looks flaaat - but is clean
ok something to think about :
