you read my mind, the flesh/blobs are not finished i will add some water efects to them later after all is finished and varnished.
The flesh was quite easy, just scab red, then scab red+bronzed flesh, bronzed flesh and a final highlight with bleached bone, the face was a little more tough lots of washes, glazes but mainly i used rothen flesh and then played with greens, browns, purples and black

Now im a bit stuck with the weapons and basing, not quite sure what to do.

Any sugestions?

Man I LIKE that colouring. so completely Nurgle yet not the usual greens/browns you see. Very nicely done.

They went to see uncle Nurgle until i finish the ME 3 mini

they must be pretty happy about it

This weekend nurgles are returning from hollidays so i hope to post updates.

ME3 done so if Nameless dont mind i would like some critics on how i would improve my technic, it seems that most of the painters really dont like flesh or miniatures varnished with satin varnish (Is it just me that likes the look?)

well, I can't say I don't like satin-looking flesh. It's just terrible to photograph well because of all these reflections.
I think he looks sweaty this way and... a bit like all these dipped miniatures. so even if you did it in any other way you made it look like dipped with that satin finish.

Never crossed my mind that someone could think this one was dipped, but i think you are right well live and learn

it somehow feels odd to me to comment on the gift I got. So, this time, I'll leave this pleasure to others.
