Far from p1per's version but this is the reworked version (yeah, Seamus had another bath of acetone). Tried to increase shadows and highlights. Pants just received a wash and gold thingies nothing (just like wood on weapon), but they're just there to break the whole blue

Well, the pics is ugly, so colors (especially metallics) aren't as they are in real, but yeah, I'm gonna leave them like that. Might add some blood maybe, but not sure. Why?

As you wrote - it's the matter of pics but I'd try to hive metalics some character: some blue or brown in deepest shadows or something.
It's just my 2€cents.

I'll see what I can do when I'll be able to have a better pic, right now, this one is ugly sadly
