The "mini" on the picture isn't Loken, it's a placeholder as Loken wasn't sculpted at the time of this pic (GDUK).
Abaddon's mini is also on it own base and can be set into the diorama base same way as they did it with Angron.

As for Legion armies, you can use it against any army but they are really meant to be used against other heresy armies as their rules and FOC are rather different than 40k ones (20men tactical squads...)

The prices are nice for the peeps who'll play regular 40k, but for those who'll play HH, then prices are pretty expensive considering you'll need billions of those stuff
