Strielok is just soldier with gun but moscow strielets were formation from XVII Century with tall furry hats.
It is inspiration for me - guy from painting with execution of moscow strielets - he is not strielets but I like his hat

I'm bit disappointed with christmas promotion - after great summer and helloween promotions this time comes last year's christmas promotion - Rudolph The Santa Hunter. Can be fine for those, who missed this mini last year, but I - as a SMM enthusiast who already have that piece - am waiting for something else to be my christmas present...

I like the Moscals but I think they'd look better with different paintjob.
The Xmas mini is something I am torn about... The dwarf seems to be cool but Santa's face looks somewhat strange..

your problem is you're one of a few persons who possess almost whole range of smm stuff
but seriously we have been having lots of work recently - too much to focus on new xmas model - sculpting it and getting painted takes some time after all...
besides these moscals are just the beginning of coming releases...

the obvious reason is Scib's sculpting skills increased a lot during the passing year
