So yes, this is a new line that uses custom formulated High Density pigments that are designed to merge the quality and smoothness of Master Series Paints with an unprecedented level first coat coverage.

Yes:
- they will be the premiere line for base-coating.
- they will all be matte
- they will have the same flow properties as existing MSP
- they will be airbrush friendly
- they will be 100% compatible with the MSP range
- they will increase your miniature painting sex-appeal 84%
- they will be 100% non-toxic like all existing MSP
- they will come in the same dropper bottles as MSP
- there will be 36 colors offered in two sets of 18 colors
- they will be available individually for retail store racks and online
- the colors created have been designed to compliment and fit in easily with the existing MSP triad system

well, I think it would be risky to ignore the Foundation Paints... bear in mind that many people praise them, so they shouldn't be ignored....

Yeah, me to. I was like: "Reaper, another ugly-boring miniatures..." and then, surprisingly, at least half of them is quite nice. Medusa chick is the one I like the most, but archer and chest (from Discworld?) are quite funny as well.

it's probably chest from D&D not Discworld. that's how it goes with Reaper, if they release something you don't know - check D&D books and manuals
Reaper called it "mimic", most probably D&D name is different.
