imo it doesn't matter which colour you use now, it matters if you learn to lay your paints in smooth and even manner.

but as i see silver is your enemy
on silver parts - backpack - i see a blue (fix that - without applaing silver on blue parts )
same on the helmet (the "grill" part)
Red on the piurity seal is not exacly where it should be - ..... but on this place enters a blacklinking (or rather darklinking .. )
eny way Mahon will decide if we let you go to another lvl .. but i thing ther are chances

you got your smoothness and coverage much better now.
the problem is that your painting is messy - your silver is stained with blue, gold with silver, purity seals - with silver...
fix it and we're moving on to the next part

that's fine. just fine. moving on to the next step!
now you will learn to define the details of your sculpt better: bear in mind that miniatures are small, and so are the details on them. what you need to do to make them look better is to make them more visible. you do it with applying highlights and shading and painting outlines. for now let's focus on these contours.
take some paint that is a bit lighter than your basecoat color and load your brush with it. don't put too much of it on your brush, because it will spill onto the miniature and ruin the effect. you need only a bit more than for drybrushing.
now try to paint along all protruding edges of your sculpt - edges of armor, edges of armor plates, edges of elements, etc.
I suggest not painting it with the TIP of your brush but by dragging the SIDE of the brush along the edges. Later you may practise painting with the tip, but it's not really necessary. Most of the time the side will do well.

And what to focus on?
Try to keep all the lines fine, thin, even and smooth. If they are too thick or uneven - correct them.

I need some more time to do this. I have many things on university to do and I want do this one time, clear and nice
should I highlite with one colour for example ultramarines blue or can I use many layers from regal blue to spacewolf grey just like on pictture?

The more layers you use, the smoother it will look. If you're just beginning with this technique, start by lining all edges with one color, for example regal blue.
