Warlord looks cool, but they borrowed a lot of ideas from GW (chaos, vampire counts)

can't see any connection between this model and GW.
Scale aside, this is standard representation of a fantasy bad guy, with a cool addition of a deep-water fish theme on a sculpt and first paintjob.
