AND this is fantasy and not 40k, it clearly says "20x20, 25x25 or 25x50, single miniatures with other base sizes will be welcome in category 3 (monster)"
that link you posted was avaible long long before the GD, it's all there... "Pedestals are allowed but will not be judged"
rules should be the first thing to check out before going to a GD...
