Re: zombie showcase
hehe, what really matters is the client likes it: laurels and adding eagle was her idea :shifty:

Re: zombie showcase
I don't like the black parts only - they are boring. I would like to see some dust or stains added.
Definitely more corrosion on it, or more highlighting. (Number 8 from this year was something I liked more.)

Re: zombie showcase
good idea but the client wanted it to be clean but I will surely use the advice on one of my toys...
Re: zombie showcase
This is the cleanes model from you I have ever seen, I mean the rust didn't have enough time to corode
I am not convinced about the golden parts (no shades) on the backpack and exhaust vents (only black). But client is happy

clean doesn't have to mean boring. some highlighting would surely make it more interesting. or was it supposed to be only good tabletop quality?Demi_morgana wrote:good idea but the client wanted it to be clean

Re: zombie showcase
I had no idea how could I highlight flat "black" surface - I suck painting reflexes so I didn't even try on this one
Re: zombie showcase
I've always liked seeing your gritty style of painting and this is no exception. I do agree with the black, but you could of put some rust in those areas or something to make them seem a little more like it's not undercoat. The khador jack my only little gripe is that the red on his armour plating is very similar to the barrels, is that the photo's fault?
