scratches but i think i did them too bright and thick, i need to tidy those up a bit more looking at it more so now.

Bit more progress, the detailing on this mini makes it rather quite fun. I've yet to decide what do do on the cloak but it does give me the chance to do something. Will ponder on this a bit more as i try and finish more of the mini.

For now i have this model at about 95% finished going to a slightly more elaborate base for this guy and add some freehand to the cloak but for now i'll leave him as he is until i get the materials for the base. I was thinking for the base to put him at an old ruin with a river of blood or something next to him, that'll be fun for me to try out water effect and some sculpting of scenery.

As for the freehand I think i might do scripture on the inside of his cloak and on the back i've yet to decide what to do. The 8 pointed chaos star seems a bit too over done. Still something to think more about.

Nice one, the armour looks good (strong contrast), NMM on the blades is very good (as always from you) and I like the horns.
The outter side from the cloack looks wierd, this brown is kind of strange, but it may be because of yellowish photo

Looks very good, you can always add some blood on the inside of the cape.

Lol my little brother has actually donated his pretty decent camera to me but it's currently in the UK, so I will pick it up when i go back next. ^^ but for now you'll have to put up with rubbish photos and a little bit of imagination

I may try celtic patterning actually, i'm still thinking about it, I think i would prefer celtic patterns on space wolves but it might work on this guy too.

And now for something completely different, just a model to break up the army painting enjoying it so far, but i still need to do freehand work along the bottom of the cloak and the stars on the back of it and a symbol on his cloak too. But i'm saving all that fun for last ^^
