I quite like it, but:
- wings look like they are too small to lift this guy into the air,

To explain Phil's points:

Thagrosh has a mutated hand and wings because he has the Athanc (read: soul) of Everblight and another dragon in him. It's all fluff. He's slowly mutating in some sort of dragon.

His story is some of the best in Hordes/Warmachine IMO

different size of hands still looks weird to me, even with fluff explanation

as for wings - can he fly? I'm asking for rules, not fluff? If yes, wings should be bigger
