I like the flames colors and the armor, it's just sad "faces" aren't popping more and right now, eyes are catched by the flames and nothing else, so focal points isn't where it should be

If I were you I'd for for much darker armours - even black.bronce (kinda lika coal?) to give much greater contrast.
Hellspawn is totally correct about the faces btw

Can see the focal point problem without being able to see the solution, even if I go for a white I fear the small area beneath the helmets won`t be enough to shift the focal point.

Perhaps go for a complete different color for the helmets, perhaps a shiny bright silver helmet, just something to break from the rest of the mini and since it'll be something bright, it'll catch the eye aswell (perhaps not as much as the flame since they're pretty nice, but it'll help I think). You can add on the "champion" a little bit of gold or brass on his helmet to indicate his position, but not too much

I will try to get it in this weekend! Thx a lot!
How about turning the chaos star into brass and gold with a small OSL at the base of it?

I'd still go for black-ish armour:
this with properly highlighted edges would surely be the eyecatcher...

Well, having a chaos star in a different color than the armor might as well give a hand on moving the focal point to where it should be

Switch the armour colour to a dark blue/purple colour, it should contrast more than what you already have. It's the opposite colour from yellow and should create a natural contrast.

But the armor is blackish, asked my daughter to do new pics (she is better with cam and GIMP),
she made two pics from each one with focus on armor, the other on the flames, reworked them and rejoined them. Still not life like but better than my pics:
