Is it big diferent? I have really no idea.
it's HUGE difference. on black primer you have to HIGHLIGHT and on white primer you SHADE/DARKEN. darker paints cover much more easily than light paints, so painting from lights to darks is faster.

when you learn to paint a bit better you will choose which way of priming you prefer. now follow the advice - it will make telling you what to correct much easier.
I'm sorry mahoń that was my mistake.
I didnt know white primer is so important
anyway I was schocked you saw that! Its amazing!
don't be sorry.
yep, it was easy to see because of your lack of neatness
I see diferens between these two minis.
So do I. The second one is better - neater.
Hows work darklining?
Not so fast. It works well when you do it well ^^
I make neat because in that moment I should learn how to paint smooth. Mahoń said I must forget about details, so I forgot :)
Neat, tidy. Not complex or detailed. These are two separate things.
Just follow the lines of the sculpt. Your paint poured over the lines and moved onto adjacent surfaces.
Take your time, paint slowly and precisely. Speed will come with experience.
Its not about im not pacient. Im just good student whos hearing his teachers :)
not quite. who told you to rush it?
dual preamers mean for example first used black and second used white? Whats dificult in that :) ?
But mayby in this case im wrong too :)
don't go into it yet. don't make simple things complex. you will move on to this later.

Mahon, you've covered everything nicely, so just a short clarification of my point of view - I didn't say perfect or very good, but much better. hope you see the difference :)

 don't make fun of me. I am just a simple boy who can apply flat colors to his minis. others will surely help more

have you read GIldor's thread already? seen his mistakes? any conclusions?
