I also noticed the similarities between these two models. I didn't know the artwork though...
How silly or unfair can one be to rip artwork like this and hope it goes unnoticed?

Seriously? If they had rights, they would name it Elric and gave him a proper paintjob.
My hopes are low as this company already did that to Raistlin from Dragonlance.
I can't stand the complaining "Uuuu, ohh, we are a niche market, licensce would kill us".
Mentioned JoeK did a super cool model in a co-op with the comic book artist. Knight Models got Marvel and Lucas licenses.
If this can be done, there is no explanation whatsoever.
Unless I see that this is a licensed product I will not participate is an illegal action. It's like buying a car that you know was stolen.

Andrea avoides licenses like this too by giving them different names. Guess it's a loophole

I really like most of their releases, they are detailed and just interesting. Perhaps it's the way they've presented the models which make a big difference?
