Hi Mark,

The competition was impressive, especially the entries. As some people already noticed: a new young generation of French painters joined the competition as fully-fledged painters. And believe me, they will be serious competitors!

Navarro, can't you prepare a GD Portugal 2009? We could go to one foreign GD a year, and as you know we'd like to visit Portugal anyway

That would be awesome! Unfortunatly we do not even have a GW here... and i doubt that we will ever have one.
The only contest we have is a very small and modest competition each year and its really not up to a GD standarts mate

And if ana brings a diorama i think we will have some kind of rare manifestation here like a eclipse or something^^

i go several time in portugal, and it's a wonderful country....awesome landscape, awesome porto (vintage) and wine, awesome meat and food.....brief awesome
