They have filled in the rest of the official coverage now.
And am I to understand that one of the entries was by someone who wasnt there?
It is in the rules that "All entries must be personally handed in on the day".
Pieces are not to be entered by anyone other than the creator.

Nymano - I will definitely go through and add what I can for info :)

yeah. i know it, you know it.. but it was personally handed in on the day. just that it was by the entrant not by the author.

Te GD staff were already contacted about it and their answer is being awaited....

Entering the competition wasn't quite indended by me, and I was as confused as you are now....

but I would like you to try avoiding commenting on this issue before we can tell you about it all :( I don't want it to look weird and too cautiously. The whole case is a bit uncomfortable for us but it's also pretty funny at the same time. Unfortunately it hasn't ended yet, and this can radically change its epilogue. :rose:

these who asked, received explanations from Mahon - as much as we know for now... 8)

lol fair enough - and thanks to all who commented on the quality of the pieces - as a part of the Canadian painting community I am really proud of the competition in general and pleased to have other people react positively as well :)

 Hmmm... very interesting... does it mean you found some loophole in the rules? And if I have friends in the gaming community abroad I can participate in all Golden Demons? Without leaving my house? IMHO something is not right. But, what do I know...

Anyway, congrats to Ana :)

And the biker is a-m-a-z-i-n-g!

@Wulfen: no, not a loophole, just a mix up by someone. Ana has no part in this, however as a painter deserves the Demon just as much as the other winners. :)
