For all you US fans of Rackham, it was finally officially announced at GenCon- Fantasy Flight Games will be the US distributor of Rackham products. The first pallets of product began rolling into the warehouse last week, and once everything is in place, getting Rackham stuff in the US ought to be much easier and more reliable then it has been in the past.

just for letting you guys know, the new paint line that rackham released about 1 year ago will be discontinued, when asked about paints at gen con by some cord members;

"Yes the paint line will be going away. The statement made by Gregoire is that Rackham is a "gaming" company, not a hobby company. "

only took them tons of euros in hobby aimed products and a decade to get to this point...not many nice things to say about that statement so:

Rackham F*** you!

bah... they probably can't compete with GW/Vallejo/reaper/P3.... I heard the paints weren't that great, so it's basically not a real loss I think. Too bad for the painters that liked rackham paints though.

after the news that they`re closing their metals factory nothing surprises me.... i`ve already got used to thought that all Rackham games will be played using "gumbears" ... sadly :(
got to find other manufacturer with such cool models.... hope that someone will be able to do it...
