I didn't dare saying it

but i think it's just the way you paint nmm (i do it that way too) you know. there is not enough grey between the reddish brown and the white for my taste, which imo supports the impression but that's just me of course =)

aloha all!
I'm working on this strange creature - i'll add some more contrast to reds, I'll finish scaly skin on its back, got to add some veins there and here. I'll a dd a bit colrs to base (old tree, grass, some grey to rocks).

Its like nids at infinity... not best models... but good job on painting that bug. Love that nasty base mate... good stuff
