but again its about personal choice, if you choose to transform this hobby in business then miniature community transforms in potential clients and fellow hobby budies studios in competition. you cant have the best of the two.
in order for you to be competitive you will experience stress and that is quite normal in every business.
if this is a hobby then its a antistress activity...
you have to take the good with the bad on every decision you make unless you want to reach high levels of frustation.
since you want to do business then arm yourself for war because its quite obvious your competitors arent friendly... but again it can be messy or just a walk in the park depends if you let them get in to you.
i take the liberty to give an advice... dont enter in verbal offenses, its childish and unprofessional and will help opposition goals (wich is quite obvious that want to label you like arrogant/cheater/poor artist etc)... do what you do best, sculpt and sell and keep distance from feelings.
may i remind also a famous remark by dali..."better bad publicity about me than no publicity at all" its true but theres other paths to take... and really hope this is not the choosen one
Its very sad but i remind you of something fellow CofC... you can admire someones work but that hardly makes a person personality.
Fortunatly for me this is a great way to antistress, its my hobby and i want to better myself has a sculptor/painter and in the process share and learn with mature adult fellow hobbiysts... make internet friends that share my hobby and REPROVE with all my energies any type of freaking pointless wars.
