It's one of the first Hordes figures and a indeed a beautifull sculpt done by Kev White. The rest of the unit isn't of the same level though:

And thank you for the compliment on the skintone. I have to admit though that for female skintones I mostly look to Ali McVey's (Fluffy) figs for guidance or inspiration.
Anything you think I should need to improve?

yeah, the shadow above the right knee looks abrupt. like its only one brushstroke with a wash or an ink...

You know those area's that you can't seem to get fixed no matter how hard you try? That's one of those spots. Although I have almost fixed it now...

If it still doesn't turn out right, i'll give her a scratch on that thigh/knee

hey nice skin - arent you tempted to wary it in cold / warm hues betwen shadows / lights ??

Not really. I'm focussing more on contrast and smoothness than on warm/cold atmosphere

And I have some colours worked in the skin, but it's too subtle to show up on the pictures. I added a dark blue to my shading colour and a soft purple to my midtones.
