New army for the fantasy line - Twilight Kin:

You can't really see much in the pics but you can preorder them

They are basicaly your standard elves plastic sprues + metal bits for converting them into evil ones, just like with Mantic's chaos dwarves.

Looks like the torso's and legs are the same parts as the regular elves. Weapons, shoulder pads and helmets are different.

Yup, they are! Like I wrote before they did the same thing with chaos dwarves. You get a box of regular dwarves plastic sprues + tons of metal bits to convert them into evul dwarves. Suprisingly, it works pretty well, and I'm guessing it's much cheaper then releasing brand new models, and Mantic seems to try to save money whenever they can, presumably so they are able to keep their competetive prices.

Funny thing is they've have released a test batch of these twilight kin, I think 10 army sets or so. You could buy them during Mantic's open day and there was one or two in their online store. They're all sold out by now though.

Some of the hidden text is easily readable by changing the contrast and brightness in photo editing software:

Text above the smiley says "END DEC 2011"

Line under tooling and large black line above smiley both say "VEERMYN MODEL HANDOVER IS ???"

Last line of rules/armylists: "WP AUGUST 2012" (assuming this is warpath)
