my only minor point of critique is that the color of the beard is too close to the nmm used for the chest/belly plate

Just finished the general and the beard is more dark and reddish. But you're right, the colours are close enough. Tomorrow (today in fact

After finishing skavens for customer, I was thinking about some new project. Finally started new one, planned long time ago. It's another small dio inspired by barbarian-fantasy movies of Ator (starring Miles O'Keeffe) and it's dedicated to my friend, sparing partner and coach
master Peter. Some small conversions and basing work for today.

Yesterday I've started some painting - base colours and first light attemtps. Heavy WIP, I say... Really don't know if this could be serious mini in the end, relaxing cartoon thingy right now...

wow you really converted those rebox minis into a comical bust
Great work on the skin so far
I think under his nose the colour is a bit too pale.
