never knew anything like that existed :) might have to look into a bit more. What nameless suggested with fishing cord was what i had heard about.

I think if you use that vallejo thing that peels off... like

- flat surface make some circles with it.
- let it cure and peel off
- put it on diorama and bound it to terrain with normal water efects or white glue

I never tried it but its something I will have to deal with in monkey island and this was what I was planning to do.

I thought about such thing Nav but there's a deadline for finishing this model so I don't think I'm gonna make it this time;
but I'll order some other water effects and give them a try - especially that I already have another idea for diorama - this time it will be much more clear :roll:

I am guinea pig of water effects for a while now - a few weeks ago I screwed my innsmouth project but the trauma is still too strong to take pics and show the stuff

yep, this one. you apply like a thick glue or mayo and then it dries to be transparent.

I really hoped to finish that model during the weekend and it's actually done - for gaming purposes;
but when I saw the final pics and read some feedback I decided to put it in zombie-wip-section:

things to correct:
-highlight all blue-ish parts
-correct metallics (too much matt varnish ruined most glazes I painted)
-more rust
