That's a great suggestion and help there, im definately going to do that i think. Seeing the photos as you've edited them makes it look much better.

I'm happy if I could help But you are the one, who can see the mini in real, so you have to decide if it really helps, or just will look fine on photos

I would say the chances of me taking a decent photo are approaching slim to impossible. I think in my 4-5 years of painting i've only ever taken about 5 good photos of minis.

Anyway i was working more on the rest of the model, i darkened the base slightly to the stage im happy with and i painted the banner to see how it would fit, see what you think. But i didn't want the banner to overwhelm the model but im not sure i did a good job on it. In many ways im not sure i should even add it onto the model.
