Just a quick post from me I'm a little busy today so this is what I am doing at the moment, Boromir (Sorry Demi) again for LOTR,

Not happy with the face so that is going to get redone but I am happy thus far with the metalics on the breat plate.

one thing is I don't like lotr game... but totally different matter is that so far all minis painted by You are great!

so don't stop updating process

Boromir has come on a little bit since the previous WIP, to this stage which is not too far of completion,

I am thinking of putting him on a base a bit like the scene in The Two Towers where the Gondorian Army has just retaken Osgiliath and his fellow soldiers are cheering while he is stood up above screaming "for Gondor"

What do you think.

Looks great. I love the clothing and belt. I'm hoping that you find some time to do that metallics tutorial, because yours look really good

And I think an Osgiliath-like base would look very cool with him in it. Go for it

Thanks, the purple is actually blue though it does look purple in the photo. This was done by mixing midnight blue with black up to pure midnight blue and then just adding a tiny bit of white into the blue for a couple of stages and then glazwd over with the original mix of blue black.
The metalic tutorial I will work on when I get back off holiday.

Boromir himself is now done and here he is for your pleasure, all I have to do now is make that base.

The holiday was great thankyou I feel totally refreshed. The base is made and undercoated so the painting should not take too long.
