mini is much better than my attempt to paint camo...

keep trying

maybe a monochrome approach to the camo might work? use the same muted colours as highlights and shades?

I think I'll try sth like the darkest urban camo on gw pic: apparently it's just gray + b/w dots;
I want to limit color palette as much as possible so color parts pop out even more

rrright...
works are going fine and I'm quite sure I can finish model tomorrow (even tonight if I want ir really...) so it's high time to think about the base - or better: bases for the gang...
what should it be? some junk a'la necromunda or sth original like juicy green static brass or nice and clean sand?
ideas?

no water - I run out of it

here's the fresh pic of almost done model: pic is crappy weak because mini look much better in the flesh...
I'll try doing better next time

anyway it's almost done - I can see flesh needs shading, anything else hits you?

I really like this so far, the greens and rusted areas are very cool and demi-ish. I think for the camo, it's a good start but something is missing, perhaps brighter white areas? or use of black to help define edges a bit more? Will think a bit more about this and get back to you
