ya looks good so far, that head is not what you usually expect when you read "beastman" (and that's good ;) )

reminds me a bit of the harpy from "the last unicorn" ^^

ouch on having to destroy most of it again :(

HEY! You guys weren't meant to see that yet haha - not until it was in a more finished state!

Well I'm glad that you are finding it interesting, and that the head is ok - not too weird for people haha...

It should look better once the head and shoulder are re-positioned. The problem occured because I was originally intending a boring old normal beastman head, and then when I changed my mind the parts of the armature were in the wrong place. And I stupidly thought that I could somehow cover it up and everything would be ok  Wrong again! :D

But that's ok, not too much of a problem, at least I was able to save the top part of the head, which is the main bit anyway.

What do you guys think about weapons? Should I give him the big axe, with the other hand free, or two weapons, or a weapon holding in both hand behind the hand, or what...? I'm not promising to do what you say of course hehe...but ideas are always good to consider.

Why not make the weapons/arms optional when you cast it?! ;)

I like the wolverine style claw idea - could work well...I'll see what happens. I think I will most likely stick with the two-handed axe or something, but I was considering changing the right hand anyway...so it's a possibility :)

I guess the short answer is that it's more expensive! Takes up more room on the mould, plus costs more just for the amout of metal used...so it might mean I would have to raise the final selling price too high. Plus it's more work for me haha... But I'll think about it.
