Well, the released model is slightly different from Allan's entry...

But you're missing the point, entering Gd and releasing YOUR OWN stuff are two different things.

When Trov (sorry to get you into this! ;) ) enters with a complete selfsculpt for example, wins and then releases it afterwards it wouldn't be right also! Right?!

Same with me here, not a GW fanboi at all but some people are shameless about it and wholeheartedly I support the legal monkeys.

You mean this guy?

I wouldn't even call it shameless. More like impudent...
I think that the "Lord Ultra" is Scibors' work BTW.

IP discussion is a very complex thing and would keep us busy for pages but i would like to say two things about it...

GW Warhammer fantasy is a clear rip off of tolkien IP yet no one seems worried about it( prior to LOTR licences etc), some major 40k races are based on things from lots of famous movies and yet no one is moving IP sues at GW( as far as i know)... Its on GW rights to defend their IP against small individual companies, but its not ok to follow the same procedures of exploring others IP like GW does :D

The daemonnete case finished like espected and i believe it was rightly closed down by the monkeys.
