The witch looks very good. The scarpjack looks OK I think, not bad but also nothing special.

hmmm... on second thought I decided I don't like this mini at all...

it's just too unnatural even for warmachine miniatures... the super-big guns... oversized fists...

I would cut of the two big guns from the top. They look unreal. Without them the mini would look better.
