They suck so bad I almost feel sorry when criticizing them.
Seriously, after Rackham put prepaints level so high, releasing such *self-censored* is like insulting customers.

I think you judge those prepaints on the wrong basis, Galharen.
They are not provided for painters or collectors. Reaper released them for RPGamers in US, who would buy hordes of cheap, painted stuff for their dungeon crawl games (at least that's what reaper assumed). Such gamers do not have time or wish to spend time on painting, but want to have models to represent opponents of their adventurers.
So now they have an option - cheap, non-random (prepaints were usualy collectibles) ready to use models for their games.

This of course does not change the fact, that they are ugly

What would you expect for $1.99 anyway?

speaking of prepainted and prices i must say 1.99 seems fair considering the quality...
Funny thing is that many say rackham prepainted is unmatched.... well check the absurd prices and then maybe for those prices you get a quality collectible miniature not for wargames but for display at better quality... if you want something rackham quality go to toyusrus and you will find better and cheaper.
Rackham or reaper didnt create anything new with prepainted they just introduced inferior quality toys on wargaming.
