update time - unfortunately because of some other stuff to do painting ain't goint as fast as I planned* :?
as the the miniature there's won't be as much rust as now you can see - I marked areas where I'll paint chipped paint (unless the client wants more rust of course); model has been glued to the base so I can fill the space between it's dread-feet and the ground; I plan to paint electric wires and lighting in red tones to make nice contrast; right now dread's legs are only slightly weathered from the swamp but I want to make them much more dirty - after years of fighting in such enviroment it simply cannot be clean! (unless the client has different opinion)

I'd apply more dirt (rather dust than mud) over the dreadnought. If it's depicted during a fight, it surely is not clean and has collected some dust from explosions and other battlefield conditions.

Maybe some streaks of running dirt under details like rivets, insignia, etc. - just like people sometmes do?

Looks very nice and I think you proved you can paint well with light and bright colors too! :clap:

I just haven't started yet - there will be such weathering of course! but there are still some things to paint before I apply different type of dirt;
seems like there will be each and every type of dirt I provide on this model :)
lemme know about client's opinion and suggestions - especially gore on power claw...

I really like the rust effect! So far I don't have any complaints.

thanks!
and one more thing about the base - some branches broke off so I'll add them (+some more fragile base elements) again after whole paintjob is done
