been a busy bee yesterday

finished ghosts unit.
continued work on my chick challenge entry - both painting and basing. She should be ready any day now.
completed 'dirty' work on a scorpion - orange base layer and red wash for some depth and colour variation. now I have to move to smoothing it out

I filed, sanded, cleaned, pinned, puttied and based a commission. Stared at dryad's face and tweaked more. Stared at tree and drew a blank, so primed and did the face and basecoats for that commission--which I don't have permission to post yet, so pictures later. Pinned and puttied dragon wing. Blister on finger from pin vise. Could not bribe hubby to do more drilling for me...

tried to put desert background behind seether but it looks worse than gradient so I decided to leave the model - at least for now

I'll try train paining camo on some other model - helldiver maybe?

slowed down a bit, but still I managed to paint or correct few elements on the chef and start painting crypt bat.
