My first bust from La Ruota Del Tempo, but finally not the last one. Amazing sculpt with lots of character on this daemonic chooper rider was pleasure to paint.

A really nice piece of work. I like the comic style of the painjob, not very popular these days. I dare not comment on the quality of it. Excellent work.

not the fan of the colour scheme. but, it sure has the "DarkTower" stamp on it :)
also, isn't the photo overexposed?

Yeah, maybe the photo may look overexposed, depending on display device. I think it's very similar to Space Traveller - you know him in real :) And if we will come to Hussar 2014, you'll meet him face-to-face :P

Thank you, cartoony comic style is pretty challenging for me - working on higher contrasts (almost white in highest lights and black in deepest shadows), smooth transitions, rich juicy colours - that's pretty fun. Maybe later I will return to dark desaturated style of my master - Majo. But for now, this makes me happy :)

Another great miniature from Dark Vengeance box - Dark Angels Company Master Balthasar, little bit converted (head, backpack), paint inspired by Camelson's works.

And as always - any comments, ideas or critics are welcome...

Nice conversion and a very colourful cartoony feel to the model :) i feel the green armour is quite flat but the other details are quite good.

Just small but nice bust from JMD Miniatures. Used as true metallics practise. Took really long time from the beginning (august 2014) to the end (february 2015), but in fact it was just 3-4 afternoon painting sessions. At least, this wil not my favourite, but I am quite happy with the result.

Some time ago I fell in love with small bust series from Stormtroopers, called V12 (means 1/12 scale). Gorgeously painted by Iguazzu, made me want to paint one of them. Here is it. First of them, but not last (even when the V12 line does not exist anymore). Amazing experience, one of my favourite busts.

My new project - Temple of Solomon was started in March 2015. I've been through hard times in my life, so I was unable to create anything. But the longer I was out, the stronger was my will to start create again. And this is it - for 1,5 years in the shelf, then finished in about 14 days.

My Sköll (masterfully sculpted by Anastyr) is another kind of troll. Shows an teplar standing above ruins of Solomon's temple and searching for one of biggest treasures & secrets in history. There's lots of fun in there, comics/cartoony style, saturated juicy colors, strong contrast (that's why the photos have black background), but there's also strong story and lots of mystery. Love the templars and plan more dioramas about them.

Another historical bust from Stormtroopers series, called V12 (means 1/12 scale). Was real fun to paint it even if it took some time (started in March 2015, then left for more than year and then finished in one week).
