Nice weathered plate! It only misses some text but I'm sure you've planned something for that area allready.
It's a bit difficult to give some constructive advice, because the pics are latting the fig down a bit.
Is the base casted? Or did you make it yourself?

love the weathered plates!
hard to comment on details as the photos are out of focus, but I like the change from your TSons to this one!

The base was casted and this was just a little taster of what im working on, i'll get some better pics soon for you to comment on ^^ and to give a clearer image of the "close to finished" piece, i still need to do freehand on the board, the hat and finish off his face. Oh and his scissors

. Comments and crits are always welcome, but i'll read them in a weeks time as im off to Algeria for work ^^

IMO the plates need a bloody smear on it

And maybe you can make it look like some of the text faded away.

looks nice - you should take proto on very dark background - victorian england was pretty dark, grim and misty place after all

That is a damn nice piece Arctica! I like how the entire thing, even the clothing, has a slight purplish tint that really draws it together. The cobblestones do look like the need a bit.... more of something however.
